Hotel Policies

Check-in Requirements:

Government-issued photo identification, incidental deposit of $100 USD, along with room and tax charges are required upon check in. We comply with California Civil Code Section 1865 (1)(d)

Cards Accepted:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, China Union Pay

Check-in / Check-out Time:

Check in time is 3pm, Check out time is 11am: All reservation checkout date modifications must be made before the checkout time

Cancellation:

If canceled 24 hours before the arrival date, no fee will be charged. If cancelled after this time, or in case of no show, 100% of first 1 night will be charged

No Show:

If guest does not arrive by Midnight 12am, 100% of first 1 night will be charged

Pets:

We gladly welcome guests traveling with small dogs, and we comply with ADA service animals. We allow (1) dog per stay, no larger than 40 lbs. All guests must register their dog upon check-in. Guest shall not leave dog unattended in the room or any other location in the hotel. There is an extra fee per night, please contact hotel for more details

Vehicle Registration:

Only 1 parking pass per room. No over-sized trucks, trailers, or recreational vehicles are permitted

No Smoking:

Hotel public areas and all guestrooms are non-smoking. A $250 fee will apply if policy violated. In case of smoking and/or noise complaints, hotel reserves the right to proceed with an early check out without refund in addition to incidental charges.

Money and any other valuable items brought to The Olivia Hotel is at guest’s sole risk. The Olivia Hotel, and staff accept no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage items therefore guests remain solely responsible for their belongings
